Dense deep green foliage on a compact plant gives a lovely, formal appearance with minimal trimming. Tolerates a wide range of conditions including poor soils, heat and salt spray. Good container plant. Great for a low hedge or border, not unlike buxus, hence the name box leaf euonymus.
